Come See Me at PantheaCon 2018

I’ll be heading to San Jose and PantheaCon this Thursday. PantheaCon is a wonderful, 4-day pagan festival celebrating all types of craft, ritual, and everything in between. It’s a top-notch event and I’m going to be knees deep in all sorts of fun this year. Here’s where you can find me during the event:

Saturday, February 17
7pm: Mix and Match, playing with Tarot and Oracles, in the Divination Suite (room 947). Learn how to assess your tarot and oracle decks and get them playing together with fun spreads and techniques.

8pm: Triple Goddess Deck Party, in the Divination Suite (room 947). Come see my Triple Goddess Tarot deck published by Lo Scarabeo. I’ll have some copies on hand for sale, and will tell stories about my experience making the deck. Got questions about my deck vision and structure? Bring them and I’ll help you navigate them.

Sunday, February 18
7pm: Pop Culture Tarot, in San Juan/San Carlos. Come learn how Rose Red and I use our favorite fandoms to create meaning with the cards. We’ll share lots of good techniques and fun pop culture spreads.

9pm: Live Recording of Tarot Visions podcast, in the Divination Suite (room 947). Fresh off our Pop Culture Class, Rose Red and I kick back in the Divination Suite and record our weekly podcast. Topic TBD, but it’ll be fun. We’ll also answer your questions on recording and publishing podcasts.
In addition to all this, I’ll be attending some fun divination and other pagan classes to help hone my own craft. I may also be available for some readings.

Tarot for the Curious on May 25th

Greetings everyone, I’m happy to announce that I’ll be teaching Tarot for the Curious May 25th for the Women of Intuitive Wisdom group. This class is perfect for learning a bit about what tarot is and how it works. Come demystify yourself and see the true power of tarot.

WHERE: Ellsworth on the Park Clubhouse -10800 SE 17th Circle, Vancouver WA 98664
WHEN: 1pm – 4pm

There is a $10 donation at the door and you are welcome to bring a tarot deck with you. After the class I will be giving $5 dollar readings.

Presenting at 2015 NW Tarot Symposium

I’m excited to announce that I was selected as a presenter for the 2015 (and FIRST!) NorthWest Tarot Symposium. This tarot conference is being hosted by local metaphysical publishing house, Devera Publishing. They’re the makers of the Tarot Learning Card Decks, among other learning tool packages.

My class, Tarot and Creative Writing, was accepted into their Adept Level system. However, don’t let that Adept name fool you. Using your Tarot deck as a creativity tool to create stories, characters and settings is something that ANYONE can learn to do. And I aim to prove that in this class.

So mark your calendars everyone! I hope to see my local friends and many of my tarot tribe in Portland over March 6-8th, 2015. I’ll be posting more info later in this year as the Symposium develops!

Happy post-Imbolc and winter season. The winter blues turned into the winter flus and I’m just now getting over being sick. While I’m recovering, I wanted to tell you all about the two exciting events I’m participating in this month.

Do you wonder what’s in the cards for you this year? Join me at Visible Changes Salon in Vancouver for an afternoon of beauty consultations and tarot. I will be there from 12 to 3 offering free tarot advice to smoothly guide you through 2013. Many of the professional stylists will also be on hand to answer all of your beauty and nail questions as you enjoy free refreshments and a chance to win a $50 gift basket. PRESIDENT’S DAY WEEKEND
PantheaCon 2013 accepted my proposal for Becoming a Tarot Professional. I’ll be teaching this unique workshop circle on Monday, Feb 18th at 1:30 pm in the San Martin room.

Are you ready to become a tarot professional but are afraid? Going Pro presents a safe forum where you can learn how to take the fool’s plunge and start your own tarot business. Jaymi Elford has been laying the foundation for her own business for two years now. While she claims she’s no expert, she’s ready to share her knowledge about what to do, where to go, and how to get those spiffy marketing toys. I hope to see many of you at my workshop!
